The
farm, on the boundary between Tuscany and Umbria, is made up of two
buildings; one has recently been restructured and the other will soon be
completely renovated.
It is located in the centre of an estate of

hectares of farmland and
surrounded by fields of wheat and sunflowers and an age-old oak wood. It is
ideally to be found in the Upper Valley of the Tiber river, a region rich in
history as well as classical and religious culture. Sansepolcro is 10 Km
away, Anghiari 3 Km, Arezzo 27 Km, Florence 150 Km, and the Adriatic coast
only 100 Km. Nearest airports: Florence, Forlì, Bologna, Rome and Pisa.
The farm is managed directly by the family owners who cultivate another 25
hectares of agricultural land with cereals, hay, sugar-beet, and vines
(sangiovese, trebbiano and malvasia grapes).
There is a private swimming pool (18m x 6m), the area is ideal for biking,
for country and wood walks, for mountain biking along the Sovara river, for
fishing in the close by the little lake and for visiting various places of
cult and the arts. This is an excellent base for visiting all parts of
Tuscany and Umbria.

access is through a large open gallery where it is possible to dine al
fresco.
