Casa in posizione collinare e panoramica composta da:
Apt 1 - Casa di sotto con camino, al pianterreno di un vecchio essiccatoio per il tabacco restaurato.
Apt 2 - Casa di sopra, al primo piano dello stesso essicatoio, ingresso indipendente sul retro con terrazza.
Nel giardino che circonda la casa c'è una piscina a disposizione degli ospiti. I due appartamenti sono forniti di biancheria, cucina attrezzata, riscaldamento autonomo.
Ogni appartamento è costituito da due camere da letto, soggiorno, cucina, bagno con doccia. Troverete a vostra disposizione mappe e depliant turistici e i fascicoli "Info" e "Libro degli Ospiti" che vi daranno suggerimenti utili per il vostro soggiorno (ristoranti tipici, negozi, trekking, tennis, musei, folklore etc).

Apt 1 - Casa di sotto with fireplace, at the ground floor of a restored and converted tobacco barn .
Apt 2 - Casa di sopra, at the first floor of the same barn, a terrace on the back, independent from the first one.
There's a swimming pool just for you in the garden around the house. The two apartments are furnished with basic supplies , fresh linen, kitchen-ware , fridge. Central heating.
Every apt comprises kitchen , two bedrooms, living room, bathroom with w.c. and shower. Maps, touristic books, special suggestions in the booklet "Info" and in "The Guest Book" will help you in enjoying your best opportunities (Piero della Francesca's paintings, Michelangelo's house , but also information about the excellent local restaurants and shops, trekking, tennis, horse-ride , museums , folklore).
